South African Tourism has carefully reviewed rate increases for INDABA and kept them to a minimum with some new exciting value-add package options and structure discounts for exhibitors.
Incentives & Discounts
INDABA is offering repeat exhibitors a loyalty incentive.
Incentives and discounts apply to floor space costs only and do not apply to packages and services.

- The above discounts are subject to approval by Pure Grit Project and Exhibitions Management (Pty) Ltd and subject to the criteria to participate at INDABA.

- Standard units range from 3 x 3 = 9m2
- Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
- Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
- Discounts do not apply to Meeting Hubs or 5 Star Pavilion Stands
